Ingredients

  • 1 cup Badia Sumac
  • 4 qt Water
  • Badia Honey Granules, optional

Directions

  1. Combine water with Badia Sumac. Add water and stir. Optional: add Badia Honey Granules as a sweetener.
  2. Let mixture sit a few hours. Strain before pouring.
  3. Serve with ice and lemon wedges.
