Ingredients

Broiled Filet Mignon

  • Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Badia Honey Granules
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Peppercorn Mélange Grinder
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Kosher Salt
  •  2 (4 oz) Filet Mignon Steaks

Broiled Lobster Tails

  • 2 Lobster Tails
  • 1 ½ tbsp Butter, divided
  • Pinch of Badia Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Badia Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Badia Smoked Paprika

Directions

Broiled Filet Mignon

  1. Set oven rack about 3 inches from the heat and preheat the ovens broiler.
  2. Combine the Badia Honey Granules, Badia Kosher Salt and Badia Peppercorn Mélange in a small bowl.
  3. Place the steaks on the prepared broiler pan and spread the mixture over the top.
  4. Broil in the preheated oven 5 minutes, turn steaks
  5. Spread the remaining mixture over top, and broil to desired degree of doneness, 5 to 9 minutes longer.
  6. Serve with baked potatoes seasoned with Badia Black Truffle Sea Salt

Broiled Lobster Tails

  1. Preheat the broiler to high.
  2. Set Lobster Tails on a baking sheet or in an oven safe dish.
  3. With sharp kitchen scissors or a knife, carefully cut the top of the lobster tail shell down to the tip of the tail avoiding the meat. Put the shell down, so meat looks likes it is sitting on top of shell and open.
  4. Mix Badia Lemon Pepper, Badia Sea Salt Fine, and Badia Smoked Paprika in a small bowl, then sprinkle the tails with spices.
  5. Add some pats of butter along the lobster tail.
  6. Place in the broiler on the upper middle rack.
  7. Let in cook until meat is white, 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Remove and serve immediately with drawn butter.
