Ingredients

Dark & Stormy

  • 2 ounces Dark Rum
  • ½ ounce Badia Lime Juice
  • 5 ounces Ginger Beer

Mango Pineapple Drink

  • 3 ounces Mango Juice
  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce Badia Lime Juice
  • ½ Jalapeno – sliced
  • 3 ounces Vodka
  • 1 tbs Grenadine
  • Agave – to taste (optional)*
  • Rim: Lime Wedge for wetting the rim and Badia Sriracha Salt

Directions

Dark & Stormy

  1. Add Rum and Badia Lime juice to a tall glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with Ginger Beer.

Mango Pineapple Drink

  1. For the rim: spread the Badia Sriracha Salt on a small plate. Moisten the rim of the glass with the lime wedge. Dip the edge of the rim into the mixture and gently shake off any excess. Fill the glasses with ice and set aside.
  2. For the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1-4 slices of jalapeno. Fill the shaker with ice and add the Mango Juice, Pineapple Juice, Vodka and Agave (optional). Shake vigorously until the shaker is cold to touch. Fill the glasses with the drink.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass. Garnish with Badia Sriracha Salt and Jalapeño slices.
