Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Badia Sea Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. tomato sauce
  • Pinch of sugar

Directions

  • Fry each egg to desired consistency and set aside
  • In a separate sauce pan add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sauté all the remaining ingredients
  • Pour over your fried eggs and serve with a toast
