Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Rice, White Rice can be used also
  • 2 tsp Badia Harlem Garlic Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ghee or Coconut Oil
  • 2 cups Badia Coconut Water, use 2 fl.0z. more for Brown Rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Badia Sea Salt
  • Parsley for Garnish

Directions

  1. Sauté slightly Badia Harlem Garlic Pepper in Ghee or Coconut Oil, when fragrant, add Badia Coconut Water, Rice and Badia Sea Salt.
  2. When mixture starts to boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. (40 minutes for Brown Rice).
