- 1 cup Badia Sumac
- 4 qt Water
- 2 tbsp Badia Chia Seeds
- Badia Honey Granules, optional
- Soak Badia Chia Seeds for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Combine water with Badia Sumac. Add water and stir.
- Let mixture sit a few hours. Strain before pouring. Serve with ice and lemon wedges.
- Optional: add Badia Honey Granules as a sweetener. Enjoy!
