• 4 Rib Eye Steaks – 9 to 10 oz each
  • 4 tsp Badia Minced Garlic in Olive Oil
  • Badia Steak Seasoning Canadian Blend
  • Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Crush the garlic with the flat part of the knife and cream it, by pressing down and pulling
  2. Rub the 4 steaks with the crushed garlic
  3. Generously sprinkle Steak Seasoning Canadian Blend on the steaks
  4. Pan Sear the Steaks
  5. In large oven (in a prove skillet) add ¼ cup of Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. Put the skillet at medium high heat
  7. When hot, sear the steaks 1 minute on each side
  8. Meanwhile, pre heat oven to 375 degrees
  9. Put steaks that are in skillet, in the oven
  10. Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes or until desired internal temperature*

*Rare 110 degrees. Medium Rare 120 degrees. Medium 135 degrees.
