Ingredients
- 4 Rib Eye Steaks – 9 to 10 oz each
- 4 tsp Badia Minced Garlic in Olive Oil
- Badia Steak Seasoning Canadian Blend
- Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Crush the garlic with the flat part of the knife and cream it, by pressing down and pulling
- Rub the 4 steaks with the crushed garlic
- Generously sprinkle Steak Seasoning Canadian Blend on the steaks
- Pan Sear the Steaks
- In large oven (in a prove skillet) add ¼ cup of Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Put the skillet at medium high heat
- When hot, sear the steaks 1 minute on each side
- Meanwhile, pre heat oven to 375 degrees
- Put steaks that are in skillet, in the oven
- Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes or until desired internal temperature*
*Rare 110 degrees. Medium Rare 120 degrees. Medium 135 degrees.
