• 3/4 cup fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Badia Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Badia Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Badia Honey Granules
  • 1 tsp Badia Lemon Juice


  1. Place the blueberries in a medium size bowl and use a fork to mash.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a least 6 hours.
  4. Stir every few hours.
  5. Serve with fresh berries and lemon zest.
