Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts to 7 to 8 oz
  • ¼ cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Badia Poultry Seasoning Southern Blend
  • 1 tbsp Badia Chimichurri Sauce

Directions

  1. Tenderize Chicken Breast with hand held tenderizer (This keeps the juices locked in and makes the meat tender)
  2. Season the chicken breast
  3. Rub ¼ cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over the chicken breast.
  4. Season generously with the Badia Poultry Seasoning Southern Blend on both sides
  5. Turn on the grill and set at medium high heat
  6. When hot, grill the chicken breast 2 ½ to 3 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees*
  7. Plate the Chicken Breast and top with 1 tbs of Badia Chimichurri Sauce on each
