Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts to 7 to 8 oz
- ¼ cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Badia Poultry Seasoning Southern Blend
- 1 tbsp Badia Chimichurri Sauce
Directions
- Tenderize Chicken Breast with hand held tenderizer (This keeps the juices locked in and makes the meat tender)
- Season the chicken breast
- Rub ¼ cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over the chicken breast.
- Season generously with the Badia Poultry Seasoning Southern Blend on both sides
- Turn on the grill and set at medium high heat
- When hot, grill the chicken breast 2 ½ to 3 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees*
- Plate the Chicken Breast and top with 1 tbs of Badia Chimichurri Sauce on each
