Ingredients
Cinnamon-Honey Syrup:
- 2 Badia Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 cup honey
Cocktail:
- 2 ounces blended Scotch
- 1 ½ tablespoon Badia Lemon Juice
- ¾ ounce cinnamon-honey syrup
Directions
Make the syrup:
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil with the cinnamon sticks
- Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes
- Stir in honey and refrigerate overnight
- The next day, discard the cinnamon sticks
Make the cocktail:
- Combine Scotch, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake vigorously into a rocks glass filled with ice
