Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 1 can of Badia Hearts of Palm Can
  • Badia Thyme or Fresh Thyme, to use as garnish
  • ½ cup Badia Chimichurri Sauce

Directions

  • Roll half strip of bacon over half heart of palm
  • Stick a toothpick all the way through to hold the bacon around the heart of palm
  • Place palm heart bacon bites on a sheet pan line with aluminum foil
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until bacon is brown and crispy
  • Serve hot with chimichurri sauce in the side
