Jamaican Style Jerk Seasoning Blend, can be used for grilling, baking, broiling or frying. Use on pork, chicken, teak, lamb, and fish.
Suggested Use:
For grilling, baking, broiling, or frying:
Use on pork, chicken, steak, lamb, fish. Dry meat thoroughly. Sprinkle Badia Jerk Seasoning Jamaican Style on meat. Rub into meat and let sit for 1-2 hours.
Cook to perfection.
For lobster:
Add 1 tsp Badia Jerk Seasoning Jamaican Style to 1/4 cup melted butter and 1 tsp of Lemon Juice.
Mix thoroughly; use brush to paint lobster halves, and let sit for 1 hour at room temperature.
Cook to perfection.
Badia Jerk Seasoning Jamaican Style can also be used on vegetables and French fries.
