Creamy Lime Street Corn Dip

  • 2 bags frozen sweet corn
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1–2 tablespoons Badia Lime Pepper

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn and cook until toasted and
    lightly charred, stirring occasionally.
  2. Transfer corn to a large bowl and let cool slightly.
  3. Add sour cream, feta cheese, jalapeño, cilantro, and fresh lime juice.
  4. Season with Badia Lime Pepper and mix until evenly combined.
  5. Garnish with additional cilantro and serve with corn chips, tacos, grilled chicken,
    or shrimp.
