Sparkling Hibiscus Lime Fresca

  • 2 Badia Hibiscus Lime Tea bags

  • 2 cups hot water

  • 2–4 teaspoons agave, honey, or Badia Honey Granules, adjusted to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 cup lime sparkling water

  • Ice

  • Lime wedges

  • Badia Chile Lime Seasoning for rimming the glasses

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add Badia Hibiscus Lime Tea bags. Steep for 10–15 minutes for a strong concentrate.
  2. Remove tea bags and stir in agave, honey, or Badia Honey Granules until dissolved. Let cool slightly.
  3. Stir in fresh lime juice and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Rim glasses with lime juice and coat with Badia Chile Lime Seasoning (optional).
  5. Fill two glasses with ice. Divide the hibiscus tea mixture between both glasses, then top each with lime sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
