Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • 2 pounds ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons Badia Butter Steak Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Badia Minced Garlic in Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil and Badia Butter Steak
    Seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over high heat. Add steak bites in a single
layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired
doneness. Work in batches if needed.
  3. Remove steak bites from the pan and reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the
skillet. Once melted, stir in BadiaMinced Garlic in Olive Oil and cook until
    fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Finish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
