Deli-Style Turkey Breast with Complete Seasoning®

  • 2 lb boneless turkey breast (small roast)
  • 1/2 cup Badia Complete Seasoning®
  • 2–4 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season the Turkey
    Pat turkey dry. Rub with Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then generously coat with Badia Complete Seasoning®, ensuring all sides are evenly covered.
  3. Roast
    Place turkey in a roasting pan and cook for about 1 1/2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. For best results, remove from the oven at 160°F and allow it to rest, as it will continue to cook.
  4. Rest & Slice
    Let the turkey rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
  5. Slice & Store
    Slice thinly for deli-style use. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve
    Use for sandwiches, wraps, salads, or lunchbox meals.
