Honey Ranch Roasted Carrots

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and halved
  • 1–2 tsp Badia Ranch Seasoning
  • Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for drizzling)

Toppings

  • Tri-color sesame seeds
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Honey, for drizzling

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Season the Carrots
    Place carrots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with Badia Ranch Seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Roast
    Spread carrots in a single layer and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until tender and golden, flipping halfway through if desired.
  4. Finish & Serve
    Transfer to a serving dish and top with tri-color sesame seeds, flaky sea salt, and a drizzle of honey. Serve warm and enjoy.
