Orange & Lime Pepper Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings

  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Badia SPG (Salt, Pepper & Garlic)
  • 1/2 tsp Badia Paprika
  • 1 tsp Badia Orange Pepper
  • 1 tsp Badia Lime Pepper
  • 2–3 tbsp baking powder

Orange & Lime Pepper Sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • Juice & zest of 1/2 orange
  • Juice & zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp Badia Orange Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Badia Lime Pepper

Ranch Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Badia SPG (Salt, Pepper & Garlic)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
    1. Prepare the Wings
      In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Badia SPG, Badia Paprika, Badia Orange Pepper, Badia Lime Pepper, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated.
    2. Cook the Wings
    • Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F for 20–23 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
    • Oven: Bake at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
    1. Make the Orange & Lime Pepper Sauce
      In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add honey, hot sauce, orange juice and zest, lime juice and zest, Badia Orange Pepper, and Badia Lime Pepper. Stir and simmer for 5–8 minutes until slightly thickened and glossy.
    2. Prepare the Ranch Dressing
      In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth. Add dill, parsley, chives, Badia SPG, and lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    3. Toss & Serve
      Toss the cooked wings in the orange & lime pepper sauce or serve on the side. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy.
