Kale Boost Green Smoothie

  • 1 banana (frozen for creaminess)

  • 1 cup spinach or fresh kale leaves (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon Badia Kale Flakes

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or fresh orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for added nutrition)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the almond milk or orange juice for easier blending.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of Badia Kale Flakes (optional), and enjoy!
