1 banana (frozen for creaminess)
1 cup spinach or fresh kale leaves (optional)
1 tablespoon Badia Kale Flakes
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for added nutrition)
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional for a thicker texture)
- Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the almond milk for easier blending.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of Badia Kale Flakes (optional), and enjoy!
