👩‍🍳 Cuban Black Beans and Rice Recipe:

Ingredients

🫘 1 cup dried Black Beans
🫒 2 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🧄 4 cloves of Fresh Garlic, minced
🫑 1/2 small Green Pepper, minced
🧅 1/2 White Onion, minced
🍚 3 cups White Rice, long-grain
🍋‍🟩 1/2 cup Badia Lime Juice
💚 2 tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning®

Directions

1. Soak black beans overnight, then drain. Cook beans in fresh water for 1 hour, until tender. Save the cooking water for later.

2. Sauté garlic, pepper, and onion in Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil for 2-3 minutes. Add beans, rice, saved bean water, and 2 cups of water. Season with Badia Complete Seasoning®.

3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently and adding water as needed to prevent sticking. Once rice is cooked, add Badia Lime Juice.

4. Optional: Add chopped bacon.

5. Serve as a side dish with roasted meat or with a salad using with Badia Cilantro Lime with Garlic Marinade & Dressing.

Ingredients

✔️ 2/3 cup Badia Piloncillo, firmly packed grated
✔️ 3/8 tsp Badia Kosher Salt
✔️ 5 large Eggs
✔️ 3/4 cup Sugar
✔️ 3 cups Half-and-Half

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and boil water.

2. Mix Badia Piloncillo Sugar with 1/4 tsp Badia Kosher Salt, divide among custard cups, and press down. Place cups in a baking pan.

3. Whisk eggs, sugar, and remaining salt. Heat half-and-half to steaming, then whisk into egg mixture. Strain.

4. Gently pour the mixture into the cups.

5. Place the pan in the oven, add boiling water to halfway up the cups, and bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly wobbly.

6. Remove, cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 4-12 hours.

7. To serve, loosen with a knife and invert onto a plate.

Ingredients

🫒 1 tbsp Badia Olive Oil
🧅 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
🥩 2 lbs Ground Meat of your choice
🌮 3 tbsp Badia Taco Seasoning
🔥 Badia Louisiana Cajun Hot Sauce
🥛 Sour Cream
🧀 Grated Cheese
🥑 Avocado, diced
🌮 Taco Shells
🍅 Tomatoes, diced
🥬 Lettuce, shredded

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
2. In a skillet over medium high add the olive oil and onions. Cook until they are starting to soften, then add the ground meat.
3. Cook the meat until is totally browned, then drain the fat.
4. Add Badia Taco Seasoning and stir to combine.
5. Add 1/2 cup hot water and stir. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Warm the taco shells on the oven according to the package instructions.
7. Serve with your favorite toppings: Grated Cheese, Diced Tomatoes, and Shredded Lettuce, Avocado, Sour Cream and top with Badia Louisiana Cajun Hot Sauce.

🍗 3 lbs Chicken Wings
🔥 1 1/2 tsp Badia Sazón Caliente
🖤 1/4 tsp Badia Ground Black Pepper
🫒 2 tsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
2. Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
3. Whisk together the Badia Sazón Caliente, Badia Ground Black Pepper, Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil until combined.
4. Toss the wings in a mixing bowl with the above ingredients.
