- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup dry Rice
- 1 cup Marinade & Dressing with Sazon Tropical® with Coriander & Annatto
- 3/4 cup water
- Place rice on bottom of large dutch oven or small roaster with the water.
- Arrange chicken thighs on top of rice and pour marinade over the meat.
- Cover and bake on medium oven 300*F for two hours.
- Serve with your choice of steamed vegetables.
