• 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup dry Rice
  • 1 cup Marinade & Dressing with Sazon Tropical® with Coriander & Annatto
  • 3/4 cup water


  1. Place rice on bottom of large dutch oven or small roaster with the water.
  2. Arrange chicken thighs on top of rice and pour marinade over the meat.
  3. Cover and bake on medium oven 300*F for two hours.
  4. Serve with your choice of steamed vegetables.
