  • Pork Shoulder
  • Badia Mojo Marinade
  • Traditional Cuban Bread
  • Sliced Mild Sweet Ham
  • Baby Swiss Cheese
  • Sliced Dill Pickles


  • Marinate a pork shoulder in 2 cups Badia Mojo Sauce for 4 hours
  • Bake until tender and shred pork into small pieces
  • Slice Cuban bread lengthwise in 8 inch pieces horizontally and butter the inside
  • Toast buttered side in a frying pan
  • Add shredded Mojo pork
  • Top with sliced ham, Baby Swiss cheese, and pickle slices
  • Press in a Panini or bacon press until sandwich is half the original size and cheese is melted
