Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Badia Cranberry Granules
  • Sparkling Dry White Wine, such as Prosecco, chilled

Directions

  1. Spoon Badia Cranberry Granules into a champagne flute.
  2. Top with sparkling wine by tilting glass and slowly pouring wine down side of flute. Mixture will foam as the wine react to the sugar in the cranberry sauce.
  3. Serve immediately.

It should be the consistency of honey. if too thick, add a little water.
