Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown Rice, White Rice can be used also
- 2 tsp Badia Harlem Garlic Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ghee or Coconut Oil
- 2 cups Badia Coconut Water, use 2 fl.0z. more for Brown Rice
- 1/4 teaspoon Badia Sea Salt
- Parsley for Garnish
Directions
- Sauté slightly Badia Harlem Garlic Pepper in Ghee or Coconut Oil, when fragrant, add Badia Coconut Water, Rice and Badia Sea Salt.
- When mixture starts to boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. (40 minutes for Brown Rice).
