Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Badia Bread Crumbs with Complete Seasoning®
- 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano, grated
- 2 tsp Badia Minced Black Garlic in Water
- 2 tbsp Fresh Italian Parsley Leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- Badia Salt and Badia Ground Pepper
- 1/3 cup Badia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 28 large (2 1/2 inch-diameter) White Mushroom, stemmed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Mix the Badia Bread Crumbs with Complete Seasoning®, Pecorino Romano, Garlic, Parsley, Fresh Mint, and 2 tbsp Badia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a medium bowl to blend. Add Badia Salt and Badia Ground Pepper to taste.
- Drizzle a heavy large baking sheet with about 1 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic, to coat. spoon the fillings into the mushrooms, and place on the baking sheet, side up. Drizzle remaining oil over the filling in each mushroom.
- Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through and golden on top, about 25 minutes. Serve.
