- 8 oz Badia Coconut Water with Pulp
- 4 raw Almonds
- 1 tsp Badia Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Badia Organic Cinnamon Powder
- 1 cup Apple, chopped (firm type)
- 1/2 scoop Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Badia Whole Trilogy Seeds
Chocolate Banana Berry Smoothie
- 8 oz Badia Coconut Water
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 ripe Banana
- 8 oz Milk, low-fat
- 1/4 tsp Badia Organic Ground Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tsp Badia Hulled Hemp Seeds
- Pinch of Badia Pink Himalayan Salt
Green Burst Smoothie
- 1 cup Badia Coconut Water with Pulp
- 1 squeeze of fresh Lime Juice, or Badia Lime Juice
- 1 ½ cup Pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Badia Kale Flakes
- 1 tbsp Badia Organic Chia Seeds
Directions
Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie
- In a blender combine all ingredients and 3 ice cubes.
- Pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds.
- Top with Badia Whole Trilogy Seeds, enjoy!
Chocolate Banana Berry Smoothie
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender using fresh or frozen fruit.
- Top with Badia Hulled Hemp Seeds, enjoy!
