Sweet Potato Casserole

1. Prepare Badia Instant Sweet Potatoes as directed on the package, for large gatherings make two packages.
2. Add 1/4 tsp Salt per package when you add the hot water.
3. Add 1-2 tbsp Butter per package and stir into mixture.
4. Place mashed potatoes into a small casserole dish.
5. Top with mini marshmallows, distribute evenlly.
6. Place dish under broiler for 1-2 minutes. Watch closely, they will toast quickly.
