Sumac & Chia Seeds Lemonade

  • 1 cup Badia Sumac
  • 4 qt Water
  • 2 tbsp Badia Chia Seeds
  • Badia Honey Granules, optional

  1. Soak Badia Chia Seeds for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
  2. Combine water with Badia Sumac. Add water and stir.
  3. Let mixture sit a few hours. Strain before pouring. Serve with ice and lemon wedges.
  4. Optional: add Badia Honey Granules as a sweetener. Enjoy!
