Meatloaf
- 1 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Badia Minced Onion
- 1 tbsp Badia Minced Garlic with Parsley
- 1 tbsp Badia Marjoram
- 1 tbsp Badia Steak Seasoning Canadian Style
- 1 tsp Badia Sage Ground
- ¼ cup Mushrooms, minced
- 1 tsp Badia Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- 1 Egg
- 1 lb. Turkey, ground
- 5 tbsp Badia Breadcrumbs with Complete Seasoning®
Topping: Instant Potatoes with Beets
- 1 bag Badia Instant Potatoes with Beets
- Badia Pine Nuts, minced
Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Spray a muffin tin with oil.
- In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix with the hands until everything is uniform.
- Use the hands to form a ball and press into the muffin tin. The surface should be slightly rounded on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until browned on top. Remove from oven.
Topping: Instant Potatoes with Beets
- Heat 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add entire contents of the Badia Instant Potatoes with Beets bag.
- Stir until desired consistency.
Assemble
- Top each meatball with Badia Instant Potatoes with Beets with a piping bag or with a spatula.
- Garnish with Badia Pine Nuts.
