Ingredients

  • 12 (1-inch) slices of a French baguette
  • 1 Tuna can
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 anchovy fillet
  • 1/2 teaspoon Badia Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, Badia Sea Salt, Complete Seasoning, Dry Parsley, Badia Bread Crumbs, and 1 egg in a small bowl.
  2. Mix well
  3. Makes 5-6oz Chicken Patties
  4. Pre-heat over to 375 degree’s. Put the chopped steaks on a small sheet and cook for 25-minuntes until internal temperature reaches 165 degree’s

Note: You can also cook the chopped steaks on a skillet with the Badia Olive oil.
