• 4 tbsp Badia Jerk Seasoning
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsps Vegetable Oil
  • Two, 3 ½ to 4-lbs Chicken, quartered


  1. In a shallow dish combine the Oil, Soy Sauce and Badia Jerk Seasoning
  2. Add the chicken and turn to coat
  3. Cover and let refrigerate overnight
  4. Bring the chicken to room temperature before proceeding
  5. Light a grill or preheat the oven to 375°F
  6. Grill or roast the chicken quarters on the top shelf of the oven for 30 to 40 minutes turning occasionally, until the chicken is well browned and cooked through. (If grilling, cover the chicken for a smokier flavor.
  7. Transfer the grilled chicken to a platter and serve
