• 3 lb Baby Potatoes (sliced or whole)
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 ½ tsp Marsala wine
  • ½ tsp Badia Curry Powder
  • Badia Sea Salt to taste


  • Wash and dry potatoes with skin on
  • Cut into wedges or use whole
  • Sauté with all ingredients in a shallow pan
  • Poke with a toothpick
  • Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
  • Can be served as a side dish with meat, rice or vegetables
