Ingredients
- 3 lb Baby Potatoes (sliced or whole)
- 1 lb butter
- 1 ½ tsp Marsala wine
- ½ tsp Badia Curry Powder
- Badia Sea Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash and dry potatoes with skin on
- Cut into wedges or use whole
- Sauté with all ingredients in a shallow pan
- Poke with a toothpick
- Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
- Can be served as a side dish with meat, rice or vegetables
