Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Badia Sea Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. tomato sauce
- Pinch of sugar
Directions
- Fry each egg to desired consistency and set aside
- In a separate sauce pan add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sauté all the remaining ingredients
- Pour over your fried eggs and serve with a toast
