  • 1 cup whole Badia Queen Olives
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 cucumber peeled, seeded and cut in small dice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons Badia olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Combine the olives, feta, cucumber and lemon juice in a bowl
  • Add the olive oil
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Carefully fold the ingredients together
