• 6 oz Badia Mojo Marinade
  • One 3 ½ to 4 pound whole frying chicken


  1. Marinate the whole chicken in ¾ cup Mojo Sauce for 2- 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Bake in Pyrex dish on center rack in oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven. Baste chicken with pan juices.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and browned.
  6. Serve with Amarillo (Yellow) Rice.
