Ingredients
- 6 oz Badia Mojo Marinade
- One 3 ½ to 4 pound whole frying chicken
Directions
- Marinate the whole chicken in ¾ cup Mojo Sauce for 2- 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake in Pyrex dish on center rack in oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Baste chicken with pan juices.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and browned.
- Serve with Amarillo (Yellow) Rice.
