• 2 tsp Badia Seafood Seasoning Creole Blend
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Badia Paprika
  • ½ tsp Badia Ground Coriander
  • 3 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Grouper Fillets


  1. Mix the Seafood Seasoning Creole Blend, Sugar, Paprika and Ground Coriander together in a bowl
  2. Season 3- 7 to 9 oz grouper fillets on both sides.
  3. Keep cool until ready to use
  4. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  5. Meanwhile add 3 tbsp of Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a large skillet
  6. Put the skillet on the stove at medium high heat
  7. When hot add the fillets, cook for 1 minute on each side
  8. When done put the fillets on a cooking sheet pan into the pre heated over for 10 to 12 minutes
