Ingredients
- 1 pack of Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 1 can of Badia Hearts of Palm Can
- Badia Thyme or Fresh Thyme, to use as garnish
- ½ cup Badia Chimichurri Sauce
Directions
- Roll half strip of bacon over half heart of palm
- Stick a toothpick all the way through to hold the bacon around the heart of palm
- Place palm heart bacon bites on a sheet pan line with aluminum foil
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until bacon is brown and crispy
- Serve hot with chimichurri sauce in the side
