Olive Tapandale

  • 1 cup Stuffed Olives
  • 1 cup Alcaparrado
  • 1 clove fresh Garlic
  • 2 Anchovy fillet
  • 1/2 cup Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Badia Ground Pepper

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except the Olive Oil.
  2. Using the pulse button, process until coarsely chopped and well blended.
  3. Continue to process, slowly adding the Olive Oil.
  4. Refrigerate in a covered container.
  5. Spread on homemade crostini.
