Meatloaf
- 1 tbsp Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 tbsp Badia Chopped Onion
- 5 tbsp Badia Minced Garlic with Red Chili Pepper
- 5 tsp Badia Organic Thyme Leaves
- 5 tsp Badia Five Spice Asian Blend
- 1 tbsp Badia Organic Crystallized Ginger, minced
- 2 tsp Badia Beef Flavor Bouillon
- 1 Egg
- 1 lb. Lean Beef, ground
- 6 tbsp Badia Breadcrumbs with Complete Seasoning®
Topping: Instant Purple Potatoes
- 1 bag Badia Instant Purple Potatoes
- 1 dab Badia Minced Black Garlic in Water
- Badia Crushed Red Pepper
- Badia Organic Tri-Color Sesame Seeds
- Grated Ginger
Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Spray a muffin tin with oil.
- In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix with the hands until everything is uniform.
- Use the hands to form a ball and press into the muffin tin. The surface should be slightly rounded on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until browned on top. Remove from oven.
Topping: Instant Purple Potatoes
- Heat 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add entire contents of the Badia Instant Purple Potatoes bag.
- Stir until desired consistency, add Badia Minced Black Garlic in Water, Grated Ginger and Badia Crushed Red Pepper, sprinkle Badia Organic Tri-Color Sesame Seeds.
Assemble
- Top each meatball with Badia Instant Purple Potatoes with a piping bag or with a spatula.
- Garnish with Badia Minced Black Garlic.
