Black Cherry Delight

  • Black Cherry Ice Cream
  • Splash of your favorite cherry liquor (Chambord)
  • Bag frozen cherries (thaw)
  • Cup Sugar
  • Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Teaspoon Badia Vanilla Extract
  • Teaspoon Badia Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ cup Cherry wine

  • To prepare sauce, combine cherries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon
    and cherry wine in a sauce pan
  • Heat all ingredients at low heat until it starts to thicken and bubble
  • Serve a generous bed of warm sauce in a martini glass
  • Add 2 scoops of ice cream, splash them with cherry wine
  • Add additional sauce right before serving
  • Decorate with whipped cream and a cherry (optional).
