- Black Cherry Ice Cream
- Splash of your favorite cherry liquor (Chambord)
- Bag frozen cherries (thaw)
- Cup Sugar
- Tablespoon lemon juice
- Teaspoon Badia Vanilla Extract
- Teaspoon Badia Cinnamon Powder
- ½ cup Cherry wine
- To prepare sauce, combine cherries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon
and cherry wine in a sauce pan - Heat all ingredients at low heat until it starts to thicken and bubble
- Serve a generous bed of warm sauce in a martini glass
- Add 2 scoops of ice cream, splash them with cherry wine
- Add additional sauce right before serving
- Decorate with whipped cream and a cherry (optional).
