We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your products are delivered within the estimated delivery time; however, delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

For any undamaged product, simply contact us to initiate a return. The product must include all original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt). Returns must be requested within 7 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange the item or provide a refund based on the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be sealed in their original packaging and condition.
  • Opened or used products will not be accepted.

Additional Conditions:

  • Products can only be returned in the USA, in the country where they were originally purchased.
  • The following products are not eligible for return unless otherwise authorized via email: food, spices, and seasonings.

(ii) Create limits for products or services.
