Trilogy Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Fresh Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cherries or Frozen Berries
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Badia Trilogy Seeds
  • 1/2 Fresh Banana, sliced
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Badia Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds

  1. Add frozen Banana, Cherries, Trilogy Seeds and Almond Milk to a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl
  3. Top smoothie with sliced Bananas, Raspberries, Blackberries, Trilogy Seeds, Pepitas, Coconut Flakes and Pomegranate Seeds
